Tadinya saya kecewa karna ganti lcd harus tinggal unit padahal hp nya msh bisa dipake namun keadaan lcd kurang service hari jumat lalu dijanjikan 3hari kerja baru selesai, ternyata sabtu malam barang dikabarkan udah deh samsung service center itc cemas utk ketersediaan barang yg lcd samsung s10 lite set include battrey kena 1,901 Samsung Service Center masih merupakan pilihan terbaik dalam menangani semua masalah produk Samsung, pelayanan yang ramah dan profesional, walaupun waktu tunggu untuk service/ pergantian LCD GALAXY SAMSUNG S 20 ULTRA harus menunggu sampai 2 Minggu, tapi bukan masalah karena ditangani lsg oleh ahlinya. Oh ya kantornya sudah pindah ke Lantai 5 deretan dgn KFC Tdk ada kritik. Apresiasi unt petugas krn pelayanannya ramah, info yg diberikan jelas dan sabar.
